西村 健吾

M.D., Ph.D. ／ Board-Certified Neurosurgeon

Graduated from Yokohama City University School of Medicine in 2004 and completed his initial residency at NTT Medical Center Tokyo. After specialist training in neurosurgery at the same hospital, he built broad experience in acute care and neurosurgery at Tokyo Metropolitan Bokutoh Hospital ER, Tokyo Metropolitan Neurological Hospital, and The Jikei University Hospital. In 2019 he joined the University of Miami to research regenerative medicine for severe traumatic brain injury, returning to Japan in 2022 to continue clinical practice in neurosurgery.
Founded Phrona Inc. in 2026. He continues to see patients while designing frameworks for evaluating the clinical judgment of Japanese-language medical AI from a specialist's perspective.

Hideaki Shirakawa

白川 英晃

Co-founder｜COO

Began his career as an engineer at Nomura Research Institute. At Bascule he led new business development as a producer, winning advertising awards in Japan and abroad, and went on to lead digital business at McDonald's Japan, including the company's own app and digital marketing. Until 2026 he headed new business development in digital and channel business and B2B strategic alliances and sales at The Walt Disney Company (Japan), building partnerships with major carriers and leading Japanese enterprises.
Founded Phrona Inc. in 2026. From a business-development perspective, he designs, builds, and drives ventures that combine expert knowledge with AI.
